Step 1. One-on-one introduction meeting with our placement team. Our team has decades of experience placing English teachers, and many of them were English teachers themselves at one point! Step 2. We will match you with an available position with any of the more than 2,500 schools we work with throughout Asia and beyond.

Step 3. We arrange interviews between you and the school, guiding you through everything you need to know and say for the interview. The interview process for teaching positions can be very competitive, but the placement team boasts a 95% success rate in helping our teachers pass the interview stage.

Step 4. Providing placement opportunities. Once a school is found that is the best available and matches as many of your preferences as possible, the placement team will again meet one on one with you to talk about the placement.
